FACILITY WEBSITE
The mission of the SCT Pharma is to support the clinical research groups of the IRBLLEIDA/HUAV in whatever support they need to carry out any clinical trial. This support may include:
  • Providing advice to research groups on the design of their own studies.
  • Coordinating the clinical trial: from the initial submission of documentation to the completion of the study, both administratively and in the care setting.
  • Helping to ensure that clinical studies are carried out in compliance with the Good Clinical Practice Guidelines (GCPN) in research.
It is a functional unit made up of 7 professionals: 3 nurses, 1 laboratory technician, 1 biologist and two pharmacists. The professionals carry out the following tasks: study coordinator, study nurse, date manager, monitor, sample processing and pharmacy.
