- Q-TOF Micro ESI-QqTOF MS and Nano HPLC Hybrid Mass Spectrometer (Agilent 1200 ™ Series)
QqT hybrid spectrometer coupled to a liquid nanochromatograph for the identification of peptides and proteins. You can also perform metabolite analysis in linear mode. Nominal resolution of 20,000. It is used in tandem mode to identify peptides in single mode for quantification for profile analysis.
- ESI-QQQ MS Triple Mass Spectrometer (Agilent ™ 6410 BA) and Quaternary uPLC (Agilent ™ 1260 Infinity)
UPLC-coupled spectrometer for the quantification of metabolites in MRM mode (multi-reaction monitoring). It also works in four other modes of operation, SIM (single ion monitoring), ion precursors, ion fragments, neutral losses.
