The IDIBGI Drosophila Fly Lab is a newly created platform that offers the IDIBGI community, as well as external users, access to an animal model of Drosophila to understand human diseases.
The Drosophila model allows the study of a wide variety of genetic disorders and specificities, providing a low-cost animal model and rapid obtaining of results, if we compare it to the most common models of rat or mouse.
