The IJC Bioinformatics Unit offers both the IJC and external researchers high-quality computational analysis services that cover all aspects of the project related to clinical and biological data. This includes experimental design and data analysis for next-generation microarray experiments and sequencing, statistical consulting, data integration, interpretation, and reporting, as well as software development and scientific database management. Our team consists of qualified professionals with extensive experience in bioinformatics and research and experienced developers. The unit has access to high-performance computing resources and works closely with the Genomics and Single Cell units.

BiB – Bioinformatics Network of Catalonia

Bioinformatics Barcelona (BIB) is an association for the provision of education and training, the promotion of advanced research, the transfer of knowledge and technology, the stimulation of competitiveness and innovation in the industrial sector, and the provision of 'greater visibility as an international entity. BIB was born to cover the need to generate synergies between biology and computer science, for a stronger union between these areas and for the development of high quality education and training programs in the creation of bioinformatics talent.
